Cynthia Weinmann is a writer, independent publisher, and longtime student of the systems that shape our lives. After a forty-year career spanning health care, public programs, organizational strategy, and data-driven improvement, she turned her attention to the questions that have always interested her most: how people respond to change, how institutions influence human choices, and what happens when the systems we create begin to fail—or surprise—us.
Through Strategy Horizon Press, Cynthia publishes fiction, essays, and nonfiction that look beyond the obvious and take ideas seriously without losing sight of the people inside them. She is also the founder of AI in Common, an exploration of artificial intelligence as a shared civic reality requiring public understanding, responsible governance, and human judgment. Whether she is imagining a fractured future, examining the promises and dangers of AI, or finding meaning in the ordinary details of a life, her work begins with curiosity and follows the question wherever it leads.
